Research Concept Schaalsee (2009)

Science and practice as allies: The administration of the biosphere reserve Schaalsee and C-BRA researchers have jointly developed an interdisciplinary, problem-oriented and applied research concept for the biosphere reserve. A multitude of issues, ranging from biodiversity inventories, land use and climate change impacts to socio-economic surveys and local capacity building, are being addressed under one single framework. The document, only available in German, forms the basis of future cooperation between C-BRA and BR Schaalsee.

GAiA Special Issue (2008)

GAiA is a peer-reviewed, transdisciplinary journal for scientists and other interested parties concerned with the causes and analyses of environmental and sustainability problems and their solutions. On the occasion of the 9th CBD COP in Bonn, Germany, GAiA published a Special Issue on Protected Areas and Biodiversity Conseration, featuring several articles with research results from the GoBi Research Group and other distinguished scientists. The Special Issue includes a foreword from Sigmar Gabriel, German Minister for the Environment.

GoBi Newsletters

The newsletters of the GoBi Research Group provide up to date information on current developments within GoBi and C-BRA. They are sent out every six months to more than 200 partners and interested individuals worldwide.
